  • The Citi Indonesia Management Associate program is designed as a common platform for graduate hires across Institutional Clients Group (ICG) and Global Consumer Group (GCG) businesses/functions.     • To ensure the project set up for every month is being prepared smoothly and update the vendor for any changes required in the questionnaire

      • Monthly local and regional KPI reporting (delivered at the latest 1 month after the end of current month)
      • Quarterly analysis (delivered at the latest 2 months after the end of current quarter)
    • To achieve a MB UBA of 87% and MB preference of 16% by the end of 2012

Description
  • Liaise with HR People Planning, Marketing/Product Manager, DM and Sales team to develop Telesales capacity plan (sales target) related to the particular marketing program handled.
  • Liaise with Marketing Product and/or Portfolio Manager and DM to ensure program offer as well as the quantity and quality of data base are sufficient and timely dropped to Telesales unit.
  • Liaise with MIS/Data Analytics for DB campaign process, distribute the base to Division Telesales Manager and further assist Sales team on tracking and reviewing the effectiveness use of DB for the particular marketing program handled.
  • Manage to get the SOK (System Of Knowledge) continuously updated and taking ownership on the end to end process of the particular assigned marketing program (program offer, sales script, sales quality delivery, etc) by liaising with Sales team, Marketing/Product Manager, Credit Initiation, Citiphone, Quality Control, MIS/Data Analytics, and People Planning.
  • Assist Business Development Manager on liaise with Marketing/Product Manager for the initial program development as well as set up the internal process up to incentive scheme proposal.
  • Liaise with MIS/Data Analytics to provide marketing/product analysis and conduct feedback session to sales team and all related party based on program offer, process and sales result.
  • Develop and maintain good relationship with all related unit (sales and support) in both internal and external unit.

Qualifications
  • Candidate must have 2 - 3 years of relevant Marketing and Sales processes experiences.
  • Possess min. S1 degree from a reputable university.
  • Has strong passion in sales/ marketing, and highly self-motivated in handling pressure to achieve targets.
  • Possess excellent data analytics, interpersonal skills and good presentation skills, good in verbal and written English.
  • Has experience in sales is preferred.
