Purchasing Officer (PRC-JS) - East Java
Requirements

• Min. Undergraduate (D3) in all Major
• Fresh Graduate or 1 year experience in related industry will be an advantages
• Max Age 30 years old
• Fluent in Mandarin & English both oral and written
• Able to work in Under Pressure Situation
• Has a good communication & interpersonal skills
• Willing to be placed in all operational units of Wilmar Group

Organizational Development Officer (OD-JS) - East Java
Requirements

• Min. Undergraduate (D3) Industrial Engineering, Statistic withGPA min 2.5 (scale 4.0)
• Bachelor Degree (S1) in Psychology from reputable university withGPA min 2.5 (scale 4.0)
• Max Age 30 years old
• Min. 1 year experience as Organizational Development Officer
• Able to work in individual or in team
• Dicipline and Hard Worker
• Able to work in Under Pressure Situation
• Fluent in English both oral and written, min Pasif
• Has a good communication & interpersonal skills
• Willing to be placed in all operational units of Wilmar Group

Operational Foreman (OF-JS) - East Java
Requirements

• Male, age max. 30 years old
• Undergraduate (D3) or Bachelor (S1) Degree in any subject, preferably from marine or shipping
• Having experience in shipping agent as operational staff will be an advantage
• Fresh graduatesare welcome to apply
• Have a strong leadership skills and able to work both in field and office
• Able to operate computer (microsoft words, excel)
• Having a good analytical skill, diligent, can communicate well, able to work under pressure and work as a team.
• Willing to travel to all our operational units (Indonesia & abroad)

Head Miller (HM-JS) - East Java
Requirements

• Male, age max. 35 years old
• Min. undergraduate (D3) / Bachelor Degree (S1) in all Major from reputable university withGPA min 2.5 (scale 4.0)
• Having experience as Production Supervisor in Flour Mill Industry
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Has a good leadership skills
• Has a good communication & interpersonal skills
• Able to work in individual or in team
• Able to work under pressure
• Willing to be placed in Gresik, East Java
• Willing to travel to all our operational units (Indonesia & Abroad)
