SYSPRO & AUTHORIZATION ANALYST
Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring the availability of advice on matters relating to system procedures and authorization that includes the management and procedures manual, training, personnel qualification, all terms IOSA Aircraft Ground Handling (GRH) and other audits (internal, external, foreign, authority and the customer)
  • Ensure the implementation of approved recommendations implemented with optimum functionality to support the achievement of targets and Authorization System to consider all aspects of safety management system (SMS)
  • Collect issues and problems related to the management system procedures, authorization and regulation compliance

FLIGHT ASSIGNMENT
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Ensuring the availability of flight planning data (aircraft, route, water crew, station, schedule, etc)
  • Ensuring the availability of aircraft and crew rotation period of 01 months to 48-hour period
  • Monitoring the implementation of the planning period of rotation of the plane and crew 01 months to 48-hour period
  • Flight schedule to make sure the data was updated schedule and crew
  • Ensure safety awareness / compliance with aviation safety and aviation standards terhdap.

CREW MOVEMENT CONTROLLER
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data related to crew scheduling

OPERATION PERFORMANCE ANALYST
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Formulated to make sure important issues regarding the performance of Operations & Cost Control Direkrtorat to realization, through the analysis, formulation, compilation, modeling, forecast data / information in order to see the development of mass / other related indicators as inputs that need to be anticipated by Management
  • Ensuring the availability of alternative solutions, analysis of operational data for the preparation of operations directorate Operation Performance improvement recommendations to improve the quality of management decisions
  • Ensuring the availability of an analysis of efficiency programs, which include the cost of fuel efficiency and other operational costs
  • Ensure the compilation and analysis of the realization of the work program, cost and efficiency programs contained in the Operations Directorate Key Performance Indicators, as well as make predictions according to the company's business development
