Sales Performance & Analysis Officer (Code : SPAO)
Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and consolidating branch budget
  • Tracking and monitoring branch achievement and performance
  • Support data and presentation material for Top Management/Regional Business Head
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree from reputable university
  • Minimum GPA 3.00
  • Majoring in accounting is preferable
  • Database knowledge (Microsoft SQL)
  • Microsoft Office (Excell, Power Point)
  • Have accounting or finance analysis knowledge
  • Fast learning
  • Minimum 1 year experience in financial or accounting services
  • Self-driven, able to work independently and as a team
Recruitment Officer (Code : Rec-O) - Jakarta
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for end to end process of hiring (sourcing, selection dan finalization)
  • Being bussiness partner for recruitment process
  • Project management
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Psychology or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
