Organization Development Officer
Job Responsibilities

• Facilitating organization structure review
• Facilitating draft and Job Description review
• Facilitating draft and Job Competency review
• Facilitating Organization Capability review Talent Mapping, Succession Planning, Career Management System, Individual Development Plan

Job Requirements

• Min. Bachelor Degree from Engineering/ Management/ Psychology/ Computer
• Having working experience in Organization Development area
• Good analytical skill
• Good interpersonal skill
• Good knowledge in Human Resources
• Good command in English both oral and written

Fuel Administration Staff
Job Responsibilities

• Responsible in making monthly fuel report
• Responsible in making fuel purchases and sales report
• Monitoring fuel data
• Responsible in making Fuel Purchase Order

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma Degree (any major)
• Having experience in handling fuel procurement
• Good knowledge in fuel price and experience to make fuel report
• Detail oriented and good administration skill
