Responsibilities
- In this function, you will be responsible on monthly tax compliance. Identifying, determining and calculating the tax due as well as preparing the tax reporting and reconciliation.
- Apart from the above duties, the incumbent will also be responsible to:
- Timely and accurate tax calculation, tax reporting and related working papers
- Detail reviewing all tax documents, i.e. VAT invoices and related tax documents
- Reviewing invoices before being paid by Account Payable team to identify if there is any tax implication on such invoices
- Preparing the monthly reconciliation for VAT, Article 23, Article 26 and Article 4(2)
- Maintaining and documenting all tax documents and its supporting documents
- Supporting thetax team in any tax dispute issue with Tax Authority
- Provide COGS equalization, entertainment expense nominative list, promotional expense nominative list, permanent difference analyze to support corporate tax.
- Review other income account and proceed of fixed asset for VAT purpose
Requirements
- Ideally, the successful candidates should have to following requirements:
- Bachelor in Fiscal/ Accounting, Brevet B
- Having minimum 2 years in handling tax
- Technical competencies :
- Brevet B of Taxation
- Accounting Principal
- Minimum Computer Skills – Excel (must be an expert), Words and Power Point
ResponsibilitiesThe key responsibilities include:
- Giving excellent administrative services to the Logistic Director.
- Ensuring Logistic Director’ s agenda is properly arranged for all appointments; both external and internal
- Ensuring all meeting materials are on hand - ready for Manager's reviews prior to meeting commencements both with internal and external parties
- Taking minutes in any meetings required
- Preparing presentations related to management activities
- Planning, developing and implementing filing system for the Director so as to ensure simple access to required documents
- Screening all incoming letters, emails, documents, to device urgency, functions and needs
- Handling external and internal correspondence management
- Coordinating and arranging visitors and personal guests
- Taking responsibility to manage travel and accommodation arrangements; both domestic and overseas trips
- Taking responsibility for Household managements in administration and human resource such as family matters; drivers, maids, securities, billing and mailings
- Liaison with legal function in updating all expatriates papers such as passport, KIMS, license, etc
- Accountable for the said imperative functions, ideally you should have the following qualification:
- Holding at least a Diploma Degree (D3) or Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable university is a must
- Having experience as an Executive Secretary, preferably having experience in assisting expatriates
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written English communication skills is a must
- Advance computer skill (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), exposure in Lotus Notes would be a significant plus
- A customer oriented person and good in dealing with administration job
- Having great passion in Executive assistant Area
