Job Description
- Plan and control the jobs related to C&D method matters in order to respect the HSE policies & procedures
- Maintain the Competency database to ensure the Competency Database is valid and up to date, in accordance with given Objectives
- Coordinate and maintain FO/C&D Technical Library (hard copy and electronic format) to ensure implementation of documentation and library management systems within agreed time frame
- Act as a custodian of FO/C&D Controlled Documents, to organize and maintain the FO/C&D Controlled documents management system
- Provide proactive assistance for all administrative tasks to support the C&D Department activities as per instruction received from the Head of Competence and Development in accordance with FO/C&D procedures, and company rules and regulation

- Preferably experience with documentation management system (procedures, planning)

Job Description
- Conduct the jobs related to compliance and risk prevention matters in order to respect the HSE policies, Code of Conduct and SOP a
- Create concept of fraud detection and prevention programs to promote greater awareness of TOTAL Compliance prevention and anti-bribery policy
- Conduct socialization to other entities to ensure the smooth program implementation within and outside of Total
- Monitor the existing regulations on compliance and fraud preventions to ensure the Company regulations well applied and implemented
- Maintain the operation of compliance, fraud, and ethics helpline and reporting to accomodate and support communication within Total employee
- Prepare necessary reports to explain the result of the program implementation
Required Skills
- Education
- Minimum bachelor degree in any discipline preferable from Economic, Industrial Engineering, and Law
- Experience
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in related fields such as audit, ethics,operation, or risk management (With strong academic qualification background and good familiarity to oil and gas business, previous work experience is considered minor parameter)
- Skills
- Good knowledge of oil and gas business
- Good familiarity with law/legal issues would be an added value
