Requirements
  • Female, maximum 30 years old
  • Minimum D3 degree in Secretary or Management
  • Fluent in English both spoken and written
  • Computer skill (MS Office) is a must
  • Minimum 1 (one) year experience in handling secretarial and administrative tasks would be an advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
Suzuki Marine Marketing Staff (Code: OBM) - Jakarta
Requirements
  • Male, age around 25 - 30 years old
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from Engineering
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) is a must
  • Having an exposure in marketing and sales operation will be useful
  • Self driven, resilient and agility
  • Having a car driving license and able to swim are prefered
IT Database Administrator (Code: DBA) - Bekasi
Requirements
  • Male, maximum 39 years old
  • Bachelor degree of Information Technology from reputable university
  • Good knowledge and able to operate basic function of ORACLE Database, Sys-admin ORACLE E-Business Suite as well as operate its clone and Database
  • Able to operate OS-IBM AIX, Linus and MS Windows server 2003/2008
  • Having knowledge and able to operate Clustering and Server Virtualization concept
  • Good knowledge of Storage such as SAN and NAS
  • Good knowledge of Backup/Restore with multi tools such as HP Data Protector and ORACLE
  • Good knowledge of ORACLE E-Business Suite modules ( GL/AP/AR/, Purchasing, Inventory & MRP )
  • Having knowledge in LAN and WAN
  • Strong personality and able to work under pressure to meet datelines
  • Fast learner and able to work in team
Administration Staff (Code: ADM) - Jakarta
Requirements
  • Male/Female, maximum 27 years old
  • Minimum D3 degree of Management
  • Computer skill (MS-Office) is a must
  • Fluent in English both spoken and written
  • Understanding of flow process and documentation filing
  • Good communication and interpersonal relationship
  • Having an experience in handling administrative jobs would be an advantage

Requirements
  • Male or Female, age arround 23 - 28 years old
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from Psychology
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) is a must
  • Experience in recruitment and selection process minimum 1 (one) year
  • Having knowledge in psychology's testing tools and interview technique
  • Strong analytical thinking and concern with the people development

Requirements
  • Female, age arround 22 - 35 years old
  • S1 degree majoring in Public Relations, Communication, Management, Law or Japanese Literature, S2 degree is an advantageous
  • Minimum 1 (one) year experience in the field of Customer Satisfaction
  • Matering the basic of Customer Satisfaction
  • Fluent in English both spoken and written, able to speak Japanese will be useful
  • Computer literate and having knowledge about automotive is a plus point
  • Good communication skill and interpersonal relationship
  • Possess A driving license
Quality Assurance Staff (Code: QAS) - Bekasi
Requirements
  • Male, maximum 28 years old  
  • D3 / S1 degree Engineering majoring in Automotive
  • Having minimum 1 (one) year experience in workshop station especially in Automotive Industry would be an advantage
  • Fluent in English both oral & written
  • Familiar with computer program such as MS Office is a must
  • Having A driving license would be useful
Information Technology System Developer (Code: ITSD) - Bekasi
General Requirements
  • Male/Female, age around 25-35 years old
  • Bachelor Degree from all major, especially IT, Engineering or Science
  • Having experience min. 2 years in IT development and implementation the system would be a plus
  • Strong analytical thinking and concern with the detail and accuracy
  • Self driven with result oriented, resilient and agility
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Willingly to be relocated in factory
Technical Requirements
  • Understand about OOP design methodology
  • Advance in either .NET framework, API, C#, ASP.net, VB, Java Program or Oracle Database
  • Assisting to deal with system analysis and project management would be an advantage.
