Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring the availability of appropriate solutions to customer related Reservation Passenger, Cargo, Passenger Ticketing, GFF service, and refund ticket
  • Ensure effective operations of City Check-in Services, Cargo
  • Ensuring the right solution for customers handling of Lost / Damage Baggage and Claim Complain, Complain Passenger and Cargo / complement
  • Ensure the sale of articles Garuda Shop
  • Ensure demand and sales of tour packages available can be sold
  • Ensure the information provided in accordance with customer requirements
Requirements:
  • Male / Female
  • Citizen of Indonesia
  • Domicile in Makassar, Medan and surrounding areas
  • Age max. 25 years
  • Education graduates min. D3 all departments of university / educational institution leading
  • GPA min. 2.75 (4:00 scale)
  • look attractive
  • Min height for women. 160cm, and men min. 165cm, with a weight proportional
  • Physically and mentally healthy
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Mastering the English Language (active oral and written)
  • Mastering the use of computers and information systems applications (min. Ms Office and internet)
  • Willing to be placed at Garuda Indonesia Sales Office in Medan & Makassar brach Office and work with the shift system
