- The training program will be organized for 24 months in Indonesia. After finishing the program, you will be assigned at TOTAL E &P INDONESIE’s sites in East Kalimantan.

Permit Management System & Regulatory Compliance (PMSRC)

- Review applicability or requirements of all existing permit and regulation to Total E & P Indonesie
- Perform initial risk assessment of the applicable regulation impacting Total E & P Indonesie
- Liaise with entities for compliance assessment status (and its update)
- Crosscheck the action plan (task) was sufficient and applicable enough to answer the permit regulation requirement
- Monitor the progress of action plan in timely basis and remind the entities related, thru theappointed ‘discipline correspondent’
- Perform internal audit with other relevant entities to ensure the requirement in the permit are followed properly
- Gap analysis between affiliate referential vs government regulation
Requirement
- Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferably in Engineering
- Minimum 2 years experience, preferably in oil and gas industry
- Familiar with oil and gas activities/operation
- Has some knowledge about permit in oil and gas operation

- Plan and control the jobs related to C&D method matters in order to respect the HSE policies & procedures
- Maintain the Competency database to ensure the Competency Database is valid and up to date, in accordance with given Objectives

Instrument Engineer (Maintenance) - Balikpapan

- Review site report, highlight and investigate shutdown causes and problems; Follow-up the preventive and major maintenance plan of site; Assist site personnel in trouble-shooting and solving site recurrent or complex issues; Anticipate site instrumentation and control system problems such as obsolescence, saturation and bottleneck; Define and submit efficient and cost effective remedial plan to the problems; Develop the scope of work and service terms and conditions for service and material contracts; Develop the scope of work and service terms and conditions for service and material contracts for heavy maintenance works Ensure the compliance of the Contractor works with TI Safety Regulations and Company rules; Ensure and check that contractor’s work is implemented safely for people and environment; Manage and plan the works under his responsibility and co-ordinate with site to validate the schedule; Conduct kick-off meeting on site, present the works to be performed, analyse and alert site personnel on relevant risk or downgraded situation, assist site to the definition of the corresponding precaution to be taken; Assist engineering for all instrumentation matters, keep contact and awareness of their activity to help to the harmonization of the instrumentation and to ensure a smooth integration of the work with site; Review and ensure the compliance of instrumentation works with the Company specifications; Assistance in coordinating site and project works during new project integration into existing facilities; Contribute to his and TI instrumentation personnel awareness of latest instrumentation and control system technical progress;
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Physic Engineering/ Instrument/ Control System/ Electrical Engineering) or equivalent.
- Preferred skill(s): instrumentation and control system.
- Having working experience in the related field is required for this position.
