Requirements

• Male/ female, maximum 25 years old
• Minimum Diploma 3 Degree majoring in Engineering or Engineering Education
• Fresh graduate with minimum GPA 2.75 of 4.00 scale
• Understand Training Need Analysis and Training Evaluation
• Possess the capabilities to prepare training module and presentation
• Possess a good analytical and communication capabilities

Maintenance Staff (Code: MTC) - West Java (KICC)
Requirements

• Male, maximum age 23 years old
• Minimum Diploma 3 Degree in Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Electrical/ Electricity Engineering
• Fresh graduate with minimum GPA 2.75 of 4.00 scale
• Mastering PLC, Drawing 2-3 Dimention, Hydraulic System and Preventive Maintenance
• Possess a good analytical and communication capabilities

Production Engineering Staff (Code: PEGS) - West Java (KICC)
Requirements

• Male, maximum age 23 years old
• Minimum Diploma 3 Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Fresh graduate with minimum GPA 2.75 of 4.00 scale
• Mastering Drawing 2-3 Dimention
• Possess a good analytical and communication capabilities

Recruitment Staff (Code: RECs) - West Java
Requirements:

• Male, Max. 25 years old
• Minimum S1 (Bachelor) of Psychology (or Fresh Graduated)
• Minimum GPA 2.75 (Scale 4:00)
• Having good skills in analysis and communication

Payroll Staff (Code: PRS) - West Java
Requirements:

• Female, age maximum 23 years old
• Minimum D3 (Diploma) of Accounting or Finance
• Fresh Graduate with minimum GPA 2.75 (Scale 4)
• Computer control of the Windows OS (MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point)
• Having good skills in analysis and communication

Engineering Staff (Code: ENGS) - West Java
Requirements:

• Male, max. 23 years old
• Minimum D3 (Diploma) of Mechanical Engineering / Manufacturing (or Fresh Graduated)
• Minimum GPA 2.75 (Scale 4:00)
• Having good skills in technical drawing
• Having good skills in analysis and communication

PPIC Staff (Code: FCS) - West Java
Requirements:

• Male, max. 23 years old
• Minimal S1 in Industrial Engineering (or Fresh Graduated)
• Minimum GPA 2.75 (Scale 4:00)
• Have the knowledge and skills Production Planning.
• Having good skills in analysis and communication

Utility Staff (Code: UTL) -  KIIC Karawang West Java
Requirements:

• Male, max. 25 years old
• Diploma of Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering or Architecture
• Minimum GPA 2.75 (Scale 4.00)
• Minimum posses 1 year of experiences in Building Construction Estimator are preferred
• Having good skill in analysis and communication
• Having good skill in drawing technical
• Pleasant personality in every level in organization
