Building Control Staff- West Java
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coordinating the entire process of building and renovation of the house / shop / factory is located in Lippo Cikarang to conform to the rules of Estate Management and Building Permit.
Requirements:
- Diploma / S1 Civil Engineering (Fresh graduate are welcome)
- Image Mastering Civil Work, Estate & Management Regulation.
- Able to establish good relationships with customers, residents and government.
- Mastering Autocad, MS Office and English.
- Kemimpinan have souls, both in negotiating and integrity.
Design Landscape Staff- West Java
Responsibilities:
- Create an attractive landscape design, wonderful and beautiful and functional aspects, whether it be a new design or modification / improvement to the existing design.
Requirements:
- D3/S1 Landscape Architects
- Having the ability to create a beautiful landscape design, effective and efficient
- Have knowledge of the types of plants and their characteristics
- Having the ability to read working drawings
- Liked the field work
- Willing to be located in Lippo Cikarang
