HR OFFICER
REQUIREMENT:
  • Female, 21-24 years old.
  • Min D3 graduated, Background study Management or Social Science from any reputable university (GPA min. 2.75 scale of 4).
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome
  • Fluent in English both oral and written.
  • Have good computer skill (MS Office, Database, HRIS).

Admin Staff / Secretary - Jakarta
General Requirements :
  • Good Communication (Interpersonal skill), Good networking especially in Oil & Gas Industry, Honest, Strong analytical skill, English both oral and written, Confidence, Flexible, Discipline, Competencies in excellence of Integrity, Synergy, Commitment, Teamwork & Cooperation, Customer Service Orientation, General Intelligence, Problem Solving, and Achievement Motivation.
Requirements:
  • Formal Education :  Minimum Diploma (D3) of Secretary or Administration from reputable university
  • Maximum 32 years old, Minimum 25 years old.
  • Experience minimum 2 years on secretary field in Oil & Gas Industry
  • Having Excellence knowledge of Filling and administration
  • Fluent in English & Excellence in operate computer.
TRAINING SPECIALIST
REQUIREMENT:
  • Male, 23-27 years old.
  • Min S1 graduated, Background study Psychology, Management or Social Science from any reputable university (GPA min. 2.75 scale of 4).
  • Having min. 1-3 years experience as Training Supervisor (will be advantage in oil & Gas Industry)
  • Fluent in English both oral and written.
  • Have good computer skill (MS Office, Database, HRIS).
  • Competencies: Integrity, Synergy, Commitment, Customer Service Orientation, conceptual & logical thinking, strategic thinking, interpersonal skill, adaptability, stress.
PAYROLL OFFICER
REQUIREMENT:
  • Male, min. 27 years old.
  • Min D3 graduated, Background study Economy / Finance / Statistic / Mathematics from any reputable university (GPA min. 2.75 scale of 4).
  • Having min. 3 years experience as Performance management, Payroll, Jamsostek (will be advantage in oil & Gas Industry)
  • Fluent in English both oral and written.
  • Have good computer skill (MS Office, Database, HRIS).
  • Competencies: Integrity, Synergy, Commitment, Customer Service Orientation, conceptual & logical thinking, strategic thinking, interpersonal skill, adaptability, stress.
    SAP Functional FI/CO
    Requirements:
    • Male or Female, 21 -35 years old.
    • Min S1 graduated, Majoring Accounting / Finance from reputable university (GPA min. 2.75 scale of 4).
    • Min. 2 years experience as SAP Functional FICO & SAP BO (will be advantage in oil & Gas Industry)
    • Have a strong analytical skill on business process
    • Computer literate (Ms. Office & Internet)
    • Competencies: Integrity, Synergy, Interpersonal Skill, Peer Relation, Motivating others, Business acumen, Adaptability, Stress management.
