Junior Business Analyst - Jakarta
Scope of Works
  • Assist Financial Evaluation Manager and Business Analyst in:
    • Detailed review and analysis on the financial justification/ viability of CAPEX proposals, provide supports for the CAPEX analysis tasks in performing the CAPEX Post Audit and other projects.
  • Customers and Customer Requirements:
    • Key customers for this position are the Financial Evaluation Manager, Project Managers of CAPEX proposals, Finance Director, President Director, Board of Directors, Board of Commissioners, other directorates and their managers as well as corporate functions in Switzerland
    • Customers require active/pro-active participation in the ongoing management including timely and accurate analysis of information, CAPEX analysis, forecasts and capital proposals etc
Requirements
  • Education: University degree in economic or Industrial engineering from a reputable university
  • Experience: The incumbent must have at least 2 years experience in Finance, auditing, or in business analysis function
  • Computer literacy: Accounting, Financial Reporting & Computer Skills
  • Language: Good command of written & spoken English
  • Other qualification / skills:
    • Project Management, Financial Analysis & Analytical Skills
    • Financial modelling skills (Capital investment, Cash flowAnalysis, Profitability Analysis)
    • Business Analysis

Customer Centric Communication & Change Management Specialist
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for planning, managing, monitoring and controlling overall initiatives communication and effective change management in establishing a Customer Centric Corporation (CCC)
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in any major, preferable holds a Master of Business Administration or Master in Management degree
  • Experience: A working knowledge of over 2-3 years experience services area, human resources training – change management or marketing communication
  • Experience with working in multidiscipline team
  • Computer literacy: MS Office, Lotus Notes
  • Good command in English both oral & written
Other qualification / skills:
  • Understanding of customer centric culture framework, Good analytical thinking and customer focus orientation
  • Strong in planning and monitoring of project management
  • Excellent and experience at diagnosing communications requirements and developing a structured approach to engaging stakeholder groups.
  • Experienced at facilitating communication between many parties and enabling knowledge transfer between stakeholders
  • Experienced at writing and delivering a range of communications materials across different channels, tailored for the appropriate audience.
  • Individual should be self-motivated and have the ability to deliver results and meet deadlines also through others
  • Good interpersonal skills are key as this role entails engaging with a number of key stakeholders within implementation teams
  • A strong team player and be willing to work with multiple individuals in achieving results.

Shipping Administration - Narogong
Responsibilities:
  • To support shipping activities in ensuring documents and other administration requirement in accordance with customer (buyer) requirement as implied in shipping instructions and supplier/sub-contractor payment prerequisite by preparing and managing readiness and conformity of all related documents in a specified time frame, coordinating relevant parties to submit required document and its proposed progress in timely manner, and maintaining the sales order to SAP system
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma Degree (any discipline)
  • 1 (one) year experience in export /shipping documentation
  • Computer literacy, MS Office & SAP
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa and English ( oral and written )
  • Other qualification / skills:
    • Document and file management
    • Time management and reporting
    • Good interpersonal and communication skill
    • Understand process of logistic distribution
    • Understand parties involved in shipping process
CCF (Customer Care Frontliner) - Bogor
Responsibilities:
  • Giving solutions assistance to customers inquiries from all the open accesses, in terms of giving valid information related to products, services, order process in the goal to acquire customer memorable experience from all various types consumer behavior and performing customers marketing research also campaigns, to enhance and assuring the satisfaction and loyalty of Holcim’s Brand.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree from any discipline from reputable university
  • Experience :
    • A working experience of min. 2yrs in Call Centers or in Customer Service.
    • A strong customer focus minded
    • A team player with strong interpersonal skill as well as a team player
    • Independent, discipline, with adequate analytical skills.
    • Highly attentive to detail, ability to do multi – task job, as well as problem and complaint solving.
    • Ability to perform in time-pressures and shifting working hours to meet deadlines.
  • Computer literacy: Proficient in MS Office – Excell, Word and Power Point, Call Center applications.
  • Compulsory of good communication skills in Bahasa and English, both oral and written
