Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from any discipline from reputable university
- A working experience of min. 2yrs in Call Centers or in Customer Service.

Responsibilities:- To conduct all recruitment activity as agreed and planed refer to recruitment policies and procedures
- Education :
- S-1 degree, from psychology preferably holding a license in psychological analysis & Targeted Selection Interviewer
- Experience :
- Experience to work on Human Resources for minimum 3 years, especially in recruitment
- Experience in supervise team and lead minimum 3 subordinate
- Computer literacy :
- Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, and SAP user
