Management Trainee - Jakarta
Responsibilities:

• We look for enthusiastic and creative young people, who will take the opportunities of abundant learning, experience and challenge to become future leaders in Goodyear
• After joining Goodyear, you will experience a comprehensive On-boarding Program, to understand the business operation and all the functional supports. Then you’ll work for a set period as a trainee in various parts of our business and challenged with on-the job training and projects, before taking up a permanent position. The program is tailored to your personal requirements, taking into consideration your qualifications and target position

Requirements:

• You’ll need an excellent academic record, with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• You are comfortable working in English
• You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• You are not more than 28 years and you have 0-2 years of working experience

Intern Students
Requirements:

• You are a student for bachelor degree/master's degree
• You have prior knowledge in the respective field through your studies
• You have very good English
• You have the commitment for a 3-6 months program

Marketing Analyst
Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Management, Economy, Statistics with min. GPA 3.00
• Having 2 years experience in Business Analyst, Marketing/ Sales Area, and related is preferable
• Having strong interest in automotive, tire and accessories
• Strong analytical thinking
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command in English, both oral and written
• Computer literate

Senior Electrical Engineer
Requirements:

• Education and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• At least solid previous 8 years experience, preferably in manufacturing industries
• Good knowledge of
• Control System PLC Allen Bradley PLC 5, panel view, SLC 500 families, ControlLogix, Servo Motor Controller and drive controller
• Electrical Plant Power Distribution
• High voltage system 20 kV and 2.4 kV
• All kind of electrical equipments such as switchgear, protection relay, power instrumentation, Circuit Breaker (ACB, VCB, MCCB), Electric motor AC/DC and servo motor
• Electrical Cabling Standard
• Electrical standard regulation such as NEC, NFPA, IEEE etc.
• Wiring diagram, grounding system and maintenance system:Good leadership, self motivated, high initiative and mature

Accountant
Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting with excellent academic record
• Computer literate
• Meticulous, accurate, diligent and well organized
• Willing/able to work under time pressure
• Good interpersonal skill and able to work in team
• Understanding of English will be an advantage
• Good in both oral and written in English
• High initiative, work under minimum supervision
• Computer literate (MS office is a must)

Compounder
Requirements:

• Education and/or experience equivalent with Bachelor’s Degree in chemical engineering or chemistry field
• Professional experiences in manufacturing area, preferably in compounding role. Fresh graduate are welcome
• Excellent problem solving, attention to detail and statistic skills
• Technical knowledge of manufacturing processes includes the point of company’s goals & business improvement systems
• Demonstrated strong analytical thinking
• Good in both oral and written in English
• High initiative, work under minimum supervision
• Computer literate (MS office is a must)

Sales Executive
Requirements:

• University graduated from reputable university
• At least 2 years previous experience in sales area for Automotive or Heavy Equipment Industry
• Excellent in both interpersonal & communication skills
• Good presentation skill
• Willing to travel and to be relocated (if required)
• Hard worker and a team player
• Highly motivated and proactive
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office is a must)
