PASENGGERS SERVICE ASSURANCE
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the achievement of On Time Performance (OTP) via handling of Pre and Post Flight Handling and Customer Service
  • Ensuring the Pre and Post Flight Operational handling and Customer Service by Ground Handling Agent (GHA) run in accordance with applicable SOP
  • Ensure the handling of Code Share Agreement for Pre and Post Flight Handling and Customer Service with Other Carrier carried out in accordance with procedures
  • Ensuring the availability of the report activities related to the Pre and Post Flight Handling and Customer service
  • Ensure the handling of irregularities by the GHA Flight run in accordance with SOP
  • Ensuring Flight report irregularities
  • Ensure the implementation of operational activities in aviation and flight catering in accordance with (Service Level Agreement) SLA
  • Ensure the follow-up findings of SLA, Service Station Report by GHA followed
OPERATION SERVICE ASSURANCE
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the achievement of On Time Performance (OTP) via the operational handling of Load Control / Ramp Control / Catering Control by Ground Handling Agent (GHA)
  • Ensuring Operational Load Control / Ramp Control / Catering Control by GHA run in accordance with applicable SOP
  • Ensuring the availability of the report activities related to Load Control / Ramp Control / Catering Control
  • Ensure the handling of irregularities by the GHA Flight run in accordance with SOP
  • Ensuring Flight report irregularities
  • Ensure the implementation of operational activities in aviation and flight catering in accordance with the SLA
  • Ensure the follow-up findings of SLA, Station Operation Report by GHA followed
Requirements:
  • Men / Women
  • Citizen of Indonesia
  • Age max. 27 years
  • Education graduates min. D3 all the majors (preferably majoring in Air Transport Management / Airport) of university / educational institution leading
  • GPA min. 2.75 (4:00 scale) look attractive
  • Min height for women. 160cm, and men min. 165cm, with a weight proportional
  • Physically and mentally healthy
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Mastering the English Language (active oral and written)
  • Mastering the use of computers and information systems applications (min. Ms Office and internet)
  • Willing to be placed in areas of Soekarno-Hatta and works with the shift system
