Requirements:

DRILLING SUPERVISORY TRAINING (10025317)
Job description
  • The training program will be organized for 24 months in Indonesia.
  • After finishing the program, you will be assigned at Total E&P Indonesie sites in East Kalimantan.
Required skills
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering major
  • GPA min. 2.75
  • Not over 26 years old
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

SAFETY SUPERVISORY TRAINING (SST) (10025315)
Job description
  • The training program will be organized for 16 months in Indonesia. After the program you will be assigned as Safety Supervisor at Total E&P Indonesie sites in East Kalimantan.
Required skills
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree
  • Any Engineering or equivalent.
  • GPA min 2.75
  • Max 25 years old

    COMPLIANCE & RISK PREVENTION OFFICER (10025313)
    Responsibilities
    • Conduct the jobs related to compliance and risk prevention matters in order to respect the HSE policies, Code of Conduct and SOP
    • Create concept of fraud detection and prevention programs to promote greater awareness of company's compliance prevention and anti-bribery policy
    • Conduct socialization to other entities to ensure the smooth program implementation within and outside of company
    • Monitor the existing regualtions on compliance and fraud preventions to ensure the Company regulations well applied and implemented
    • Maintain the operation of compliance and reporting to accomodate and support communication within the employees
    Requirements
    • Hold min Bachelor degree (S1), preferably Economic,Law, Industrial Engineering
    • 2-3 years of experience
    • Knowledge of oil and gas operation, familiar with : law & legal, audit, risk management and ethic issues
    Enviromental Engineering Coordinator (HSE 0112) - Balikpapan
    Job Description
    • Coordinate and organize environment studies in order to comply with HSE Company Regulation and Standards.
    • Review environment performance of the affiliate to provide proper and auditable business process.
    • Support engineering aspects of emergency response preparedness of oil spill in order to minimize operational risk and mitigation of potential environmental impact.
    • Conduct and control cost efficiency and effectiveness of service operations to optimize operational expenses within service.
    • Conduct and control human resources aspect covering manpower planning, personal competency development, and performance appraisal to ensure continuation of people development within the service.
    Required Skills
    • Education: Bachelor Degree (most preferable from environmental or chemical engineering discipline)
    • Experience: Having more than 5 years experience in environment aspects of oil and gas industry, preferably with field exposure
    • Technical Skill: Field experience/ exposure, Government Regulation and other related international specifications and standards.
    • Behaviour: Able to present solutions fitting the Best Available Technology/ Best Environment Practice to put in relation Regulatory requirements (both Government & Company standards) and company & technical constraints, negotiation and communication skill in dealing with government authorities and team management.
