Tender Administrator
Requirements

• Fresh graduate or max 26 years old
• Background education : management, communication, business administration, international relations, law with GPA min 3.00
• Universities of candidates : University of Indonesia, Padjadjaran University, Gajahmada University and Atmadjaya University Jakarta
• Fluent in English (Oral and written)
• Must have advanced Ms Word and Ms Excel skills

Senior Contract Analyst
Requirements

• Having experience ideally in the Oil & Gas industry, including at leasr 1 year experience in Contracts, Marketing or Legal Department or Law Firms
• Law degree from a major Indonesian university, high credentials
• Fluent in English (written and oral, legal terminology)
• Experience in oil and gas is preferred
• Strong knowledge of PTK007-rev2 and current tender process in Indonesia
• Resourceful and innovative approach to problem solving
• Excellent planning, analytical, and organization skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and stress with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team, meet chalenges and deliver outstanding results
• Target-driven, self motivated and tenacious in achieving the set objectives
• Ability to make decisions without direct supervision
• High level of PC skills (Ms Office, Windows, database softwares)
