Internal Auditor (Business Operation) - Jakarta
Responsibilities
- Execute and deliver assurance and consulting service assignment to fulfill business plan and management request
- Maintain the quality of internal audit work to meet the required quality and standard prescribed
- Prepare complete audit working papers in Audit Management System to support audit finding and report and also provide internal audit report
- Follow-up post audit issues status/ progress to ensure audit finding and recommendation have been effectively implemented
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree (S1) in Accounting, Business, Engineering, IT. Master degree (S2) will be an advantage
- 1-2 years audit experience and project management
- Good exposure in Accounting and Finance practices, Supplier and Partner Management.
- Good understanding about mobile telecommunication business, e-commerce and B2B management
- Excellent english writing report & communication skills
- Strong capability to gather and analyze information to identify risk, potential impact, and recommendations in mitigating the risk
- High attention to detail
- Good in negotiating and coalition building skill
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance Audit & Risk Management System to meet the full functionalities and capabilities of the system and users/ standard requirements
- Develop the tools (web, reporting) and script (ACL/ SAP/ Excel) to be used in performing audit and risk management activities
- Manage and maintain the system and tools including problem handling to ensure it can be used all the time
- Develop the information system architecture from the system and tools to enhance knowledge management and production of management report
- Develop and maintain divisional web site published in the intranet in order to improve awareness, knowledge sharing, and information access portal
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree (S1), preferably from informatics/ computer/ telecommunication Engineering or related IT engineer
- 3-4 years work experience in IT or Telecommunication preferably has experience in system development or programming
- Advance knowledge on Audit & Risk Management System and script (ACL/ SAP/ Excel)
- Good conceptual thinking on information and system architecture
- Intermediate understanding on internal audit, risk management and business statistics
- Intermediate project management knowledge
- Fluent in English communication
Responsibilities
- Assess,select ideas from crowd sourcing dan follow up selected ideas to discover business improvement or opportunity needed by company
- Create proposal/ strategy/ new idea papers to report ideas and information updated to Board of Directors
- Implement and manage implementation of corporate development project to ensure the delivery
- Evaluate development of special project to report process and achievement of project target
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline,preferably from social science (S2 degree is a plus)
- Having 3-5 years experience in telecommunication, IT or management consulting (experience in Telecommunication industry is an advantage)
- Advance understanding of project management
- Strong analytical thinking skill
- Good interpersonal and communication
- Good coalition building skill
- Fluent in English
