Scope of Program
During your 12-month program comprising of 25% foundation knowledge and 75% practical applications in Batam and Jakarta, you will:
  • Develop functional competencies
    • Discover the functional areas of our business, covering Production, Method & Maintenance, Quality, Tooling, Commercial, Design, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Finance & Control and Human Resource.
  • Gather practical experiences and be paid
    • Learn about our business in the 1st month of your journey. The core of our training methodology comprises of a 1-week classroom-based teachings, followed by 3-week of on-the-job training , panning all the functional areas over an 11-month period. Because you will become part of our organization, you will enjoy the salary and benefits of a full-time employee during these 12-month.
  • Develop your own management & leadership skills
    • Beside technical competencies, your leadership and people-management skills will also be nurtured. Our Business Keaders will be your mentors, and you will get to interact freely with them in the factories as well as through periodic sharing sessions and gatherings.
  • Apply the learning
    • Apply and present that you have learn through individual projects that involve real-time operational issues to be able to analyze, plan, make recommendations and inprove the business situation.

Requirements
  • Fresh graduate or graduates with maximum 1-year working experiences with a Bachelor Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering
  • Minimum GPA 3.00 of 4.00 required
  • Good written and spoken English languange
  • Closing Date:14-3-12
