Analyst Regional Planning & Monitoring Region - Jabodetabek
Responsibilities
- Analysis the data related to business performance included enrich the raw data into valuable information for decision making and any improvement approach for region growth
- Establish and manage a monitoring mechanism of the reports related about business performance in telco services (i.e : Voice, SMS, Mobile Data services)
- Analyze market competition and assure that company services are competitive in the market.
- Developing Business Model for improving business competitiveness
- Improving Revenue performance and take initiatively in aligning with marketing and sales team for accelerating revenue growth aligning with market opportunity
- Deliver special projects/ assignments as directed by superior
- Assisting in coordinating regional annual planning, budgeting, and target setting & regional 1-year strategy formulation
- University degree in Business/ Economics/ Accounting/ Mathematics or similar degree, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis.
- Excellent academic record (GPA > 3) from Top national/ overseas university is strong candidate for this position.

Responsibilities
- Provide settlement data to all Value Added Services (VAS) partners to ensure collection and payment
- Verify invoice and other related documents to ensure compliance of invoice amount
- Monitor payment and collection to/ from partners to ensure amount and on time cash in/ outflow activity
- Maintain settlement to ensure all activities are in line with SOP (Standard Operational and Procedure)
- Gather data/ information in order to review new product for settlement in connection with agreement and reporting
- Bachelor degree (S1) in financial/ accounting
- 2 years experience in finance
- Basic knowledge of tax, international business
- Intermediate Ms. Excel skill
- High attention to detail
- Strong communication and coordination skill
- Basic analytical skill
- Basic knowledge of telecommunication business
- Available 1 position for 2 years contract
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze AR Outstanding and follow up to partner
- Perform reconciliation Sales Prepaid and bank statement to ensure all payment and sales accurately & timely
- Prepare and process day to day payment data entry Banks collection to ensure all payment are accurately and timely process in billing system & SAP.
- Monitor & check all operational issues to ensure it solve immediately within appropriate timeframe and liaison
- Perform daily & monthly Reconciliation SAP VS Amdoc
- Monitoring & Reconciliation inventory
- Provide monthly reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree (S1) from Accounting
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in Finance & Accounting
- Having knowledge and understanding on Accounting
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Ms. Word, Excel)
- Basic knowledge of billing system AMDOC /AR Related (preferable)
- Basic analytical thinking
- High attention to detail and quality oriented
