Graduate Design Engineer - Jakarta

• To provide support and coordinate with Design Engineers for design activities such as for highways, structures, drainage, etc. To ensure that they are carried out in accordance with the Standards, Specifications, Schedules, QA/QC, Safety, Enviromental and Program requirements and are within budgeted cost levels.
• To liase with the Design Consultants through Design Engineers and participate in Value Engineering in accordance with project procedures.

Requirements

• To be successful in this role you will need to have these requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering (0-1 year experience)
• Have knowledge of  Indonesian Standards, Australian Standards, ASSHTO and British Standard. Experience or knowledge in AutoCAD and MS Office;
• Independent and mature personality, self-motivated, results driven and good negotiation skills; good communication skills and proficient in written and spoken English.
• Think strategically, influence, drive performance, act decisively, and work collaboratively.
• Willing to travel frequently
