Export Staff (EXS)

Requirements
  • Male, age around 23-27 years old
  • Min Bachelor Degree from all major
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) is a must
  • Interesting in automotive both automobile and motorcycle
  • Having knowledge in export documents and procedures are preferred
  • Strong analytical thinking and concern with the detail and accuracy
  • Self driven, resilient and agility
Production Engineering (PE) All Positions 
Role
  • Support all manufacturing activities to achieve production and quality target.
Requirements
  • Male/Female, age around 20-27 years old
  • S1 Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Metallurgy, Automotive)
  • D3 Engineering (Mechanical, Automotive, Electricity)
  • Interesting in automotive both automobile and motorcycle
  • Able to communicate in English both written and spoken
  • Cooperative and Self driven, resilient and agility
  • Strong analytical thinking and concern with the detail and accuracy
  • Willingly to be relocated in all Suzuki’s factory sites
Japanese Interpreter Staff (JIS) 
Requirements
  • Male/Female, age maximum 45 years old
  • Certified Japanese language proficiency test min. Level 2 (Noryoku Shiken) is a must
  • Having an experience as interpreter min. 3 years in Japanese Manufacturing companies is preferred
  • Familiar with office application such as Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Have a working experience in Japan will be an advantage
Showroom Development Staff (SDS) 
Role
  • Managing and handling all development of dealers especially in exterior and interior design.
Requirements
  • Male or Female, age around 25-30 years old
  • Education D3/S1 in Interior Design or Architecture Engineering
  • Having 3 years experience in building renovation would be an advantageous
  • Resilient and agility with perseverance and result oriented
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal with presentation and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) and computer literate
  • Willingly to perform official/business trips.
Branch Manager (BM) 
Role
  • Managing and handling all sales operation activities, and also responsible for sales achievement.
Requirements
  • Male, age around 30-40 years old
  • Min Bachelor Degree from all major, S2 is an advantageous
  • Having more than 5 years experience in automotive sales in dealership with proven track of sales record
  • Resilient and agility with perseverance and result oriented
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal with presentation and negotiation skills
  • Mature in leadership and coaching management
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) and computer literate
  • Willingly to be relocated in all Suzuki’s business unit.
Training Executive (TEX) 
Role
  • Responsible for the analysis, design, development and facilitation of technical and customer sales and service training solutions.
  • Support program implementation and effective development within the field sales organization.
Requirements
  • Male, age around 30-35 years old
  • Min. Bachelor Degree from all major, S2 is an advantageous
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Interesting in people development, and teaching
  • Having an exposure in sales training development will be useful
  • Self driven, resilient and agility
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skill
  • Mature in leadership, passion, and result oriented
  • Willingly to perform official/business trips.
Area Sales Development/ Regional Officer (ASD-RO)
Role
  • Support dealers in all sales operation requirements to increase sales volume and maximize profit objectives.
Requirements
  • Male/Female, age around 25-30 years old
  • Min. Bachelor Degree from all major, S2 is an advantageous
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Interesting in automotive both automobile and motorcycle
  • Having an exposure in sales operation will be useful
  • Self driven, resilient and agility
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skill
  • Mature in leadership, passion, and result oriented
  • Willingly to be relocated in all Suzuki’s business unit.
Area Marketing Development/ Regional Officer (AMD RO) 
Role
  • Support dealers in all marketing and promotion activities to achieve market share and profit target.
Requirements
  • Male/Female, age around 25-30 years old
  • Min Bachelor Degree from all major, S2 is an advantageous
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Interesting in automotive both automobile and motorcycle
  • Having exposure in sales distribution & after-sales activity will be a plus
  • Strong analytical thinking and concern with the detail and accuracy
  • Self driven, resilient and agility
  • Mature in leadership, passion, and result oriented
  • Willingly to be relocated in all Suzuki’s business unit.
