Qualification
- Bachelor Degree (S1) in any major, preferably majoring in Communication, IT and Multimedia Design
- Having experience in communication media development, preferably experienced in international projects
- Able to create and manage a website
- Experienced in manage a magazine and graphic design
- Experienced in communication strategy preparation and implementation
- Experienced in communicate and correspond with government, NGOs, private parties, academicians and public
- Have a knowledge about communication regulation
- Computer literate: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc), Adobe inDesign, Photoshop, Deamweaver
- Possess good personality
- Able to write and compile the reports
- Able to work under pressure and in all working environment situation and able to work in team
- Proficient in English and Bahasa
Qualification
- Master Degree (S2) in Social/ Sociology, or Gender related major, Doctor (S3) preferred
- Minimum 10 years experience in gender field, with 2 years in international/ overseas activities
- Proficient in English both oral and written
- Computer literate: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
- Good personality, open to sharing experiences and able to work in team
- Able to work in urgent condition
