Sr. Marketing Communication Administration - Jakarta
Responsibilities:
  • Execute all administration tasks which relates to Marketing Communication department activities in order to support department objectives.
  • Monitor, and collect company product’s advertisement from media (newspaper, magazines, etc) to ensure all supporting document completed for claim process.
  • Input and verify all claims to be reported to HQ for embedded 3rd party logo (AMD, Microsoft, Intel) to support the claim process smoothly.
  • Prepare all correspondence relates to department activities in order to support department activities run smoothly and execute properly.
  • Prepare PR form to procurement and monitor the goods in order to ensure all requisition in line with the procedure.
  • Input approved budget into MOL to ensure all Marcom budget recorded in the system properly.
  • Input to MOL for any invoice to ensure all expenses recorded in accurately and timely.
Requirements:
  • Female, max. of 30 years old
  • Bachelor degree majoring in management or administration from reputable University
  • Min. 4 years experience in handling administration in sales/marketing support
  • Having good interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, fast learner and able to work with minimum supervision
  • Computer literacy
Receptionist - Jakarta
Responsibilities:
  • Act as frontliner of the company
  • Receiving and welcoming phone call and guess
  • Receiving arrange the distribution of invoice
  • Arrange the usage of meeting rooms
  • Support on general affair matters and office operational activities
Requirements:
  • Minimum D3 graduated with minimum GPA 3,0
  • Minimum experiences as Frontliner/ Customer Service/ Receptionist minimum 1 year
  • Good looking, friendly and pleasant
  • Initiative, high-spirit and passionate
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Proficiency in English will be advantages
Planning Executive
Requirements:
  • Female, maximum of 30 years old
  • Bachelor degree majoring in management or administration or IT from reputable University
  • Minimum 3 years experience in handling supply chain / planning management
  • Preferably from IT / hardware / electronic industry
  • Detail-oriented, strong in numbers and forecasting
  • Fluent in English
  • Having good interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, fast learner and able to work with minimum supervision
  • Computer literacy, especially MS Excel
Sr. Sales Administration Staff
Requirements:
  • Female, maximum of 30 years old
  • Bachelor degree majoring in management or administration from reputable University
  • Minimum 4 years experience in handling administration in sales/marketing support, or finance
  • Having good interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, fast learner and able to work with minimum supervision
  • Computer literacy
Second Level Specialist - Server
Requirements:
  • S1 graduated with major Information Technology and minimum GPA 3,0
  • Experiences in handling server hardware with deep exposure in commercial project
  • Proficient in maintain and fixing broken server hardware
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Experience in conducting training will be advantages
  • Willing to work at night, as oer the requirement
  • Excellent customer service
