Business System Analyst (Papua - TIMIKA / TEMBAGAPURA)
Responsibilities:

• Define & Develop Process Mapping, Develop & create Plan of Process Audit & Assessments, Analyst Process Health Check (PHC) prioritizing, Conduct PHC Assessment, Maintain Balance Scorecard & Performance Management System, Assist HR Manager to Develop Balanced Scorecard & Performance Management System, Assist Black Belt to gathering Improvement Project needed

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Busines Process BSC, UML PHP, Java & CSS Scripting.
• Preferred skill(s): CodeIgniter Framework, Dreamweaver, MySQL Database.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent. Job role in Functional Consultant/Business Analyst or Software Engineer/Programmer.
• 1 Full-Time positions available.
