Selection & Recruitment Officer
Requirements:

• Male or Female with min. age 21 years
• Min. 1 year experience in selection & recruitment as interviewer, having experience in employee needed analysis, having experience in recruitment expatriate officer.
• degree (S1) majoring from Psychology with GPA 3.00 (Scale 4.00)
• Able to plan, organize, & evaluate recruitment process
• Able to use English with Oral & Written
• Able to Operate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Dynamic personality, able to work individually & in a team
• Good Interpersonal (good performance, hardworker, helpful, friendly, honest)
• Job Location Replace at Head Office (North Jakarta)

Performance Appraisal Officer
Requirements:

• Male/Female with minimum age 21 years old
• Minimum S1 Degree with GPA 2.75 (Scale 4), majoring in Psychology
• Having 1 year experience in Performance Appraisal
• Able to organize report & performance appraisal
• Good Interpersonal (good performance, hardworker, helpful, friendly, honest, & willing to work in Team)
• Able to use English with Oral & Written
• Able to Operate Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
