Solusi Rumah (SR) Technical Support & Services - Jawa Barat
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and complaint handling in terms of SR CPM (Concrete Product Manufacturer) equipment and machineries. Also continuously seek for initiative to keep competitiveness of SR product and services.
- The incumbent also responsible to support SR CPM key person, explaining technical matters such as construction concerned to SR customer (home owner)
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Architecture/ Civil Engineering
- Experience :
- A working knowledge with a minimum of 2 years experience associated with the construction industry within Indonesia (and/ or the region)
- Experience in troubleshooting mechanical issues, design software development, or project management in a construction industry. (Preferred: have a passion on sustainable construction and sustainable development issues)
- Has experiences in project management, design software, and direct involvement on construction sites
- Computer literacy ; SAP, MS Office & Lotus Notes
- Excellent command of written & spoken English
- Other qualification / skills :

- Have ability to interact with all levels
Responsibilities:
- Developing, maintaining, strengthening and enhancing quality of relationships with key customers (or major accounts) by providing them with excellent support and service in every possible way to guarantee their satisfaction and loyalty as well as achieving profitable business relationships.
- Minimum Diploma degree from any discipline, master degree is preferable.

Responsibilities:
- To plan, supervise, monitor and control overall customer Frontliners and Backliners activities, not limited in creating programs and initiatives, including inbound and outbound telephone sales and marketing in order to achieve profit & revenue objectives in order to develop a world-class customer care services. Main responsibility includes developing activities, initiatives, programs, team coaching, monitoring performance that aim to create customer memorable experience
- Minimum Bachelor degree from any discipline, master degree is preferable
- Experience :
- Minimum 1-2 year experience in current position
- Customer handling & Customer Relation Management experience
- Customer Contact Center experience, especially in managing/ supervising the operation excellence.
- IT literate
- Good command in English both oral & written
- Other qualification / skills:
- Able to create a system that satisfies and giving mannerly respond to various customers inquiries to Holcim Indonesia (from all sales functions, franchise business and Solusi Rumah)
- Able to develop a solid customer care organization, including re-defining roles and responsibilities as well as implementing and leading the changes and transformation that giving value added impacts other departments.
Able to develop and build a strong, competent and highly performance Customer Care team for Holcim Indonesia in order to realize the vision of having Customer Care as a competitive service advantage in the highly competitive market
