Laboratory Field Staff - Jakarta
Responsibilities:
  • Operate mobile laboratory vehicle to meet the needs of Holcim Indonesia customers to provide superior products and services assures customer loyalty and fidelity and to give added value to the customers and end user, through enabling maximum customer satisfaction on our products through professional support, training and technical services and communicate to end user
Requirements:
  • Education : Diploma III in Civil/Chemical Engineering or minimum graduate from mechanical school with exposure
  • Minimum 2 (one) year working experience in building materials/cement industry
  • Computer literacy (MS : word, Good in excel, power point,
  • Microsoft outlook, SAP System)
  • Good command in English both oral & written
  • Communication skills
  • knowledge of masons and house owners
Sales Executive - Geocycle (Jakarta, Bogor)
Responsibilities:
  • To contribute to the current sales targets of Geocycle waste management services. To support the waste management market development plan for Geocycle
Requirements:
  • Education: Technical (chemistry, environment and related fields) and/or business diploma or degree
  • Minimum 2 years in sales, preferably in selling of services
  • Preference will be given to experience in selling waste management services
  • Experience in dealing effectively with people at all level within an organisation
  • Experience in dealing with customers and relevant government agencies
  • Previous experience in waste management industry in the capacity of sales and marketing serving accounts and developing new accounts
  • Previous experience in developing and managing waste service contracts
  • Computer literacy, MS Office & Lotus Notes
  • Fair command of English language will be an added advantage.

Capex Strategic Sourcing Superintendent - Jawa Barat
Responsibilities:
  • The main function of the Capex Strategic Sourcing SI is needed as to assist Corporate Procurement Manager in develop and execute sourcing strategy for the company in systematic state of the art procurement way
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree (S1) from all disciplines, Post Graduate in Economic or Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical) would be an advantage
  • Experience :
    • Minimum 1 years in current position
    • Minimum 3 years holding the managerial position at the area
  • SAP System ; Ms. Excel (Pivot able management)

Solusi Rumah (SR) CPM KEY Account - Jawa Barat
Responsibilities:
  • Manage, maintain partnership, monitor overall SR CPM (Concrete Product Manufacturer) Franchise operations and maintenance including monitoring operational performance, unit sales, service, production, construction, inventory and logistic process in order to achieve (all) standard quality level in Solusi Rumah business and also achieve the most profitable, efficient and operationally excellent SR CPM Franchise unit, and providing potential investors as well as consumers a best-practice showcase of Solusi Rumah.
  • The incumbent also responsible to maintain, manage, and monitor performance of SR CPM outlets through effective partnership or relationship. Provide business advice and recommendation on a periodic basis, maintain customer relationship with SR CPM, home owner as a SR CPM customer and/ with other parties of Solusi Rumah
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major
  • Experience :
    • Sales/ business development experience and certain construction project management exposure is preferred
    • Minimum working experience of 2-3 years on construction sites as project manager, assistant project manager, supervisor/ coordinator or architect and designer
  • Has a general insight in retail and/or consumer business, especially in channel management
  • Computer literacy ; SAP, MS Office & Lotus Notes
  • Excellent command of written & spoken English
