Responsibilities:
  • Consistently provide superior service quality to PTBC value customers by ensuring all customer needs are fulfil in timely manner and complied with bank policy and procedure
Requirements:
  • Fresh-graduated or having experience 1 -2 years in banking industry on a similar position
  • Able to work effectively as an individual and also in a team environment
  • Able to work well under tight deadline

Compensation & Benefit Manager - Jakarta
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline from reputable university
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in managing compensation & benefit (preferably in banking industry)
  • Accustomed in handling complex benefit, payroll and tax
  • At least 2 years experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in compensation & benefit role
  • Having Leadership skill, dynamic, creative, fast learner and highly motivated with excellent service attitude
  • High integrity, risk focus and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill and having a good personality
  • PC literate and proficient in written and spoken English

Business System Analyst (Code: BSA)
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline from reputable university, preferably with major in Information Technology or Business is preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in Business Analyst or System Analyst, preferably in Banking Industry
  • Able to independently learn new technologies and business concepts.
  • Highly proactive and self motivated as well as able to work in a team.
  • Able to communicate complex concepts in a clear way.
  • Creative thinking and problem solving
  • Have a project management skill
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to others and provide input into recommendations.
  • Deliver, or participate in, presentations to internal & external clients and deliver quality outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with relevant and external stakeholders (business and/or IT)
  • Highly motivated, disciplined, and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must.
