Training and Development Officer
Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies / Administration / Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Preferred 1-2 years experience in the field of human resource management.
• Understanding human resource management (Human Resources Management).
• Mastering the company's business processes.
• Knowing the concept and implementation of training and development.
• Knowing the library system.
