PT Mandiri Tunas Finance - MTF is Indonesian-based financial company engaged in vehicle financing services. MTF was originaly establised under the name PT Tunas Financindo Sarana as a finace company focused on vehichle loans. Mandiri Motorcycle for financing new or used motorcycles for personal or business use with the source of payment being from total income, and Mandiri Fleet Motorcycle for financing new or used motorcycles for company use with installments being paid out of company finances. To support companies growth, currently PT Mandiri Tunas Finance are looking for:

Internal Audit Officer
Responsibilities:

• Processing audit branches operation
• Reporting Audit Result
• Giving recommendation for audit finding items
• Willing to travel, even staying in branches if needed.
• Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Ms Office; Operation Audit.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in Multifinance Industries is required for this position.
• Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent.

Marketing Used Car Division Head (MDH)
Requirements

• Experienced min 7 years
• Able to developt new business organizations in used cars
• Having a wide networks in automotive business

Regional Credit Manager (RCM)

Requirements

• Experienced min 5 years
• Having strong skills in credit analyst
• Able to developt the branch as their field

Regional Sales Manager (RSM)
Requirements

• Experienced min 5 years
• Able to developt relationship with automotive dealers/showroom or other business
• Mastering in financing business strategy to achieve sales targets

Branch Manager (BM)
Requirements

• Experienced min 3 years
• Having strong & strategic skills in credit analyst
• Having a wide networks with automotive dealers/showroom
• Able to developt the branch unit

Operational Risk Manager (ORM)
Requirements

• Experienced min 5 years
• Having analytic skilss in business portfolio and stong investigation skills in credit, operation, risk management

Internal Audit Manager (IAM)
Requirements

• Experienced min 5 years
• Able to create and developt the program and method of audit in line with company business

Area Collection Manager (ACM)
Requirements

• Experienced min 5 years
• Able to managing collection portfolio as targets
• Having a wide networking with police office, lawyers and external collector.

General Requirements

• Min Bachelor Degree (S1) in all majors
• Max age 40 years old (MDH), 35 years old (RSM, RSM, BM, ORM, IAM, ACM)
• Computer literate (min MS Office)
• Preferable having experience in banking, multifinance and insurance company
• Able to work with a team, target oriented and having high motivation
• Having leadership skills
