Technical Team Leader - West Java, East Java
- To run activities of Concrete Quality Control and Quality Assurance to produce good product quality, high value, and achieved budgeted profitability in a safe and efficient manner. To be actively in the establishment of additional concrete operation which will support the long term business objectives of the company.

- Graduate with Bachelor of Civil Engineering or Diploma (D3) of Civil Engineering
- Experience :
- Min 1 year in current position
- Minimum 2 years relevant experiences in QA/ QC – R&D – Technical support areas of a concrete manufacturing environment
- Computer literacy : Computer utilization for WINDOWS System, software application
- Such Word Processor MS Word and spreadsheet MS Excel
- Language : Good command in English both oral & written
- Other qualification / skills : Understand concrete technology covering concrete raw material testing, concrete sampling, curing, testing and evaluating
- Understand concrete troubleshooting and solution for customer and operation
- Sufficiency in a wide scope of specialist area associated with quality monitoring and controlling support of high volume production activity
- Ability to read and interpret technical procedure and specification
- Ability to supervise and communicate with others and deal with people from all levels of the business Knowledge of construction industry and concrete application
Responsibilities:
- The position is needed to plan, lead, manage, and control Bag-Narogong Plant Operation activity and also doing optimization of resources to achieve Bag Manufacturing goal which is to serve and fulfil internal and external customers’ necessity by effective operation and efficient cost
- Education : University degree (any discipline)
- Experience :
- Min one year in current position
- Minimum requirement is 10 years in manufacturing industries
- 5 years experience at packaging manufacturing
- Computer literacy : Microsoft office, Lotus Notes and SAP User
- Language : Excellent of English both oral & written
- Other qualification / skills : Able to analyze technical or management issue
- Knowledge of Maintenance, Inventory & Quality system
- Good interpersonal skills and communication
- Capable to solve the problem
Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for all Holcim modern channel sales activities through maintaining effective partnerships and relationships with a network of distributors and Franchise Retailers. Incumbents are also responsible to provide assistance in growing and cultivating market opportunity for multi-construction material products as well as housing solution services for each area in order to increase profit, maintain market control and meet Holcim Indonesia’s strategic objectives
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor degree from sales, marketing, civil engineer or management discipline
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in sales, preferred to have exposures in retail/ consumer goods and/or construction business/ industry
- Computer Literacy : Excel, Ms Word
- Good command of written & spoken English
- Good skill in communication and in influencing others
- Good analytical thinking, problem solving skill, initiative-taking skill
- Able to give advise or recommendation based on achievement / market review
- Good negotiation and presentation skill
- Able to translate marketing strategy into implementation in the field
- Able to gather and synthesize information from data provided by sales force from the market
- Able to lead and deal with others
