HR Staff (HR) - (Dawuan-Cikampek, Cibitung-Bekasi, Jakarta)
Requirements:
- Male with age <29.
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Psychology from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00.
- Min. 2 years experience in the same position.
- Having knowledge about the recruitment and selection, interviewing, mastering tools and interpretation of psychological tests, and personnel.
- Having knowledge of balanced scorecard, performance management, talent management, and organizational development.
- Understand about making systems and procedures.
- Can handle work pressure, work with minimal supervision, ability, and initiative.
- Able to speak English.
- Able to operate computer (Microsoft Office & Visio).
- Willing to be placed in Dawuan-Cikampek, Cibitung-Bekasi, Jakarta

- Minimum 2 years experience in the same position.
- Able to analyze complex administrative and financial problems, preferably having experience in Accounting Revenue, experience in handling forecasting, and understand taxation.
- Computer literate.
- Must be willing to be placed in Dawuan-Cikampek, Cibitung-Bekasi, Jakarta

- Bachelor of Economics/Taxation/Finance/Management from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00.
- Minimum 2 years experience in the same position.
- Having work experience in the field of Operational Internal Audit / Operational Internal Control / Operational Administration, stock opname, cash opname, check the goods and spare parts (plus points).
- Energetic, hardworking, diligent, conscientious, proactive, and able to work long hours.
- Willing to travel.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office- especially Excel).
- Must be willing to be placed in Dawuan-Cikampek, Cibitung-Bekasi, Jakarta
