Officer Revenue Accounting - Jakarta
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and timely montly closing for GSM and Non GSM service to assist top management in financial decision.
- Perform analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness data for closing purposes.
- Perform incoming journal and coordinate with internal and/or external division to ensure accurate clearance of receivable balance in daily basis
- Perform reconciliation settlement with partner to ensure the completeness, accuracy and timely reconciliation of revenue and cost in daily basis
- Prepare domestic receivables and payables aging schedule
Requirements
- S1 university graduate majoring in Accounting, with minimum GPA 3.00 from reputable university
- Minimum 2 years experiences in top 4 public accounting firm
- Ability to meet a very tight schedule and deadline
- High Integrity, self reliance and attention to detail
- Excellent analytical skill
- Good in English, written & communication skill
- Team work and result oriented
- Previous telecommunication industries knowledge would be an advantage
- Familiar with SAP FI module would be an advantage
Responsibilities
- Manage Billboard strategy and budget
- Evaluate region request for site acquisition, relocation or termination
- Coordinate & align cross-brands billboard placements
- Manage Visual Implementation
- Plan & execute re-skin national campaign
- Conduct final briefs for media house
- Monitor the production process according to the project time line as well as the time schedule which has been agreed by Vendor based on the plan approved
- Conduct Post Buy Analysis by Monitor performance of media buying by vendor
- Monitor billboard development and consumer trend in media habit
Requirements
- Candidate must possesses al least a bachelor degree
- Knowledgeable of marketing, branding and promotion with hands-on experience
- 3+ years of experience in media communication
- Possesses Project Management Skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
