BRANCH MANAGER

• Responsible for managing overall Sales, Service, Credit and Collection process from strategy planning to operational execution by implementing excellent risk management and customer services to achieve the branch target. 
• The ideal candidate should be competent in managing resources and planning business strategy and vision.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree from reputable university
• Maximum age of 33 years old
• Having minimum of 3 years previous relevant experience at similar position
• Showing good leadership skill, systematic & strong analytical thinking, exceptional communication, interpersonal skill and high achiever
• Ready to be assigned at any Indonesia Region

SERVICE HEAD

• Responsible for overall branch service standard implementation, managing assets and financial matters, administration, employee relations and branch infrastructure. Service mindset and can-do attitude are required in inspiring team performance

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree from reputable university
• Maximum age of 32 years old
• Having min 2 years experience as Service Head or Administration Head (preferably in financing company or banking
• Strong leadership to manage target and develop subordinates, ability to develop and building service excellent culture to employees, ability to motivate others and good communication.
• Read to be assigned in all around Indonesia

COLLECTION HEAD

• Responsible for managing collection function in the branch in accordance with company policies and procedures to minimize bad debts and optimizing the overall assets management.

• Bachelor Degree from reputable university
• Maximum age of 33 years old
• Having mininimum of 3 years previous relevant experience at similar position in financing compang or banking
• Strong leadership skill, systematic & strong analytical thinking, exceptional communication, interpersonal skill and high achiever
• Ready to be assigned in all around Indonesia

CREDIT HEAD

• Responsible for managing acquisition function on branch credit decision in accordance to company policies and procedures through optimal portfolio management. Previous experience in credit analysis and recommendation is a must

• Have a minimum of 2 years previous relevant experience in similar position
