R & D Staff (Jawa Tengah - Semarang - Ungaran)
Responsibilities:
- R & D activities of product variants
- prepare and process the data for all the daily activities of R & D
- report to the superiors for the development of product variants
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Food Technology / Nutrition / Dietetics or equivalent.
- Required skill (s): Laboratory.
- Preferred skill (s): process the data.

Responsibilities:
- Implementing and monitoring the Manpower Planning, performing recruitment and selection process, organization planning and design, Organization Development as well as support Training & Development, Performance Management and Advancement Planning. The job includes implementing plans and activities through various organizational development and human resources interventions that are required to establish and maintain a continuously strong organization.
Requirements:
- Male, max. 35 year old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): interview skill; people management.
- Preferred skill(s): microsoft office.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (manufacture)
- Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in Recruitment/Staffing or Organizational Development/Change Management.
