A. Engineering Position
Various level mine engineering (mine plan) and Geologist (level based on experience at same field)

Mine Engineering / Mine Planning (Mine)

• S1 Degree in Mine Engineering
• 3 - 15 years experience in experience in long-term mine planning, mining engineering support, mining engineering project study/evaluation project and Mine Operations
• Familiar with mining software (Mines cape, Vulcan, Surpac, Minex)

Geologist (Geologist)

• S1 Degree in Geology Engineering
• 3 - 15 years experience as Geologist and operation supports

Geotech (Geotech)

• S1 Degree in Geology Engineering
• 3- 7 years experience as Geotech
• Coal Seam Modeling using Minex, Coal Seam Modeling using Minescape, Block Modeling using Surpac

Safety Supervisor (Safety)

• S1 Degree Mining Engineer, OHS and Industrial Engineering
• Minimal 2-3 Years experience in Mining Industries with the same job function
• Max. 32 years old
• Familiar with Safety Promote, Safety Training & safety Patrol
• Make safety report for internal or external company

 Contractor Management Supervisor (CM)

• S1 Degree Engineering any major
• Prefer Female, 27 - 35 years old
• Can operate windows, input data / Report data or administration mining activities

B. Non Engineer Position
Compensation and Benefit (Comben)

• S1 Degree Management, Tax or Accounting
• Prefer Female, 27 - 35 years old
• Min 3 years experience in Payroll or Tax
• Having Knowledge in HRIS, Compensation and Benefit

General Affair Supervisor (GA)

• S1 Degree in any Major
• Min. 2 Years Experience in Office Management and Service Administration
• Having Experience in Managing Security Control, Food & Beverage Servicing and Cleaning Service

Community Development Officer (CDO)

• S1 from social science, communication, community development, environmental science
• Working Experience 0 - 4 years (Fresh graduate are welcomed)
• Prefer Male Range of Age 23 – 30
• Knowledge on Community Development
• Ability to work with various stakeholders such as community, government, NGO, mass media

Cash Management Supervisor

• S1 Degree finance, management, economy
• Prefer Female, 23 – 26 years old
• Fresh graduated are welcome

GENERAL QUALIFICATION:

• Good communication in both written and spoken English
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Highly self motivated and strong analytical skills
• Computer literate (MS Office)
• Creative, self starter, team player and having self integrity
• Willingness to be based and assigned in any site/location (Kalimantan)
