Responsibilities
- The purpose of this position is to develop training master plan and materials, plan the delivery, advise the scheme for monitoring, and generate tools for measuring impact at corporate level in accordance with the business units’ needs and priorities
Requirements
- Education: Tertiary qualifications in Applied Science or Engineering
- Experience:
- Min. 1 year in current position
- 5 years experience in industrial field operation, Particularly in technical or core function aspects.
- 2 years experience on the job training and people development
- Computer literacy: Computer literacy, MS Office & Lotus Notes
- Language: Excellence command in English both oral & written
- Other qualification/ skills:
- Certified training & learning facilitation
- People and performance management
- Strong analytical and problem solving skill
Responsibilities
- To plan, initiate, supervise, monitor and control the implementation and effectiveness of customer retention & relationship strategies, programs, activities and ideas that enhance and promote excellent and consistent customer experience by identifying and analysing various types of consumer behaviours through multiple sales channels in order to ensure and guarantee customer satisfaction and loyalty to Holcim Indonesia’s products, services and brands.
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor degree from any discipline
- Minimum 1 year in current position
- Customer handling and CRM experience
- Customer Contact Center experience, especially in managing/ supervising the operation
- Computer literacy

Responsibilities
- Maintaining and expand cement sales for PTSC in his territory (meet targets)
- Provide support for the Regional Superintendent
- Provide direction to ( distributor ) salesman
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor degree from any discipline, preferable in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3 years experience in sin pharmaceutical sales are welcome to apply
- Computer Literacy: Microsoft office, Lotus Notes and SAP User
- Good command of written & spoken English
