TSO (East Java - Bali)
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and expand cement sales for PTSC in his territory ( meet targets )
- Provide support for the Regional Superintendent
- Provide direction to ( distributor ) salesman
- Minimum bachelor degree from any discipline, preferable in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3 years experience in sin pharmaceutical sales are welcome to apply
- Computer Literacy : Microsoft office, Lotus Notes and SAP User
- Good command of written & spoken English

Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for all Holcim modern channel sales activities through maintaining effective partnerships and relationships with a network of distributors and Franchise Retailers. Incumbents are also responsible to provide assistance in growing and cultivating market opportunity for multi-construction material products as well as housing solution services for each area in order to increase profit, maintain market control and meet Holcim Indonesia’s strategic objectives
- Minimum bachelor degree from sales, marketing, civil engineer or management discipline
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in sales, preferred to have exposures in retail/ consumer goods and/or construction business/ industry
- Computer Literacy : Excel, Ms Word
- Good command of written & spoken English
- Good skill in communication and in influencing others
- Good analytical thinking, problem solving skill, initiative-taking skill
- Able to give advise or recommendation based on achievement / market review
- Good negotiation and presentation skill
- Able to translate marketing strategy into implementation in the field
- Able to gather and synthesize information from data provided by sales force from the market
