Business Advisor (West Java, Central Java, East Java, Bali)
Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for all Holcim modern channel sales activities through maintaining effective partnerships and relationships with a network of distributors and Franchise Retailers. Incumbents are also responsible to provide assistance in growing and cultivating market opportunity for multi-construction material products as well as housing solution services for each area in order to increase profit, maintain market control and meet Holcim Indonesia’s strategic objectives
- Minimum bachelor degree from sales, marketing, civil engineer or management discipline
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in sales, preferred to have exposures in retail/ consumer goods and/or construction business/ industry
- Computer Literacy : Excel, Ms Word
- Good command of written & spoken English
- Good skill in communication and in influencing others
- Good analytical thinking, problem solving skill, initiative-taking skill
- Able to give advise or recommendation based on achievement / market review
- Good negotiation and presentation skill
- Able to translate marketing strategy into implementation in the field
- Able to gather and synthesize information from data provided by sales force from the market
- Able to lead and deal with others

Scope of Works
- Execute and monitor construction and branding transformation process of Holcim’s Solusi Rumah (SR) outlet (Franchise Retailers, CPM, RDC, CDC) by developing shop design and conduct project implementation throughout Indonesia. Ensuring branding standard and sound project implementation of Holcim’s SR sales outlets construction are also the key responsibilities of this position/ role.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor/Diploma Degree Architecture or Civil Engineering or Art Design
- Experience:
- A working knowledge with a minimum of 3 years experience of work design or construction/ renovation design work
- Knowledgeable and/or willing to learn about Sustainable Construction
- Computer literacy: computer literacy + AutoCAD
- Language: Excellent command of written & spoken English
- Other qualification/ skills:
- Have concrete knowledge include construction industry knowledge
- Ability to deal with people all level of project
- Good verbal and communications skills.
- Good organizational and planning skills
- Have a good capabilities in building sustainable relationship and partnership

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and complaint handling in terms of SR CPM (Concrete Product Manufacturer) equipment and machineries. Also continuously seek for initiative to keep competitiveness of SR product and services.
- The incumbent also responsible to support SR CPM key person, explaining technical matters such as construction concerned to SR customer (home owner)
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Architecture/ Civil Engineering
- Experience : A working knowledge with a minimum of 2 years experience associated with the construction industry within Indonesia (and/ or the region)
- Experience in troubleshooting mechanical issues, design software development, or project management in a construction industry. (Preferred: have a passion on sustainable construction and sustainable development issues)
- Has experiences in project management, design software, and direct involvement on construction sites
- Computer literacy ; SAP, MS Office & Lotus Notes
- Excellent command of written & spoken English
- Other qualification / skills : Negotiation skill, Communication Skill, Have ability to interact with all levels
