Learning & Development Manager - Jakarta
Responsibilities
- Develop, coordinate, execute, and evaluate all learning & development activities in order to ensure the activities are organized to meet the requirements and procedures so as to support the achievement of department objectives
- Develop and define learning and development framework for in order to provide clear structure of learning & development which in line with business need
- Design and develop training curriculum in order to provide adequate training guideline to improve employee capability and competencies
- Develop and provide training modules as curriculum needed in order to ensure the program delivered properly and meet the procedures
- Prepare and deliver all learning & development activities, such as training & induction program in order to ensure execution of the program meet the curriculum and in line with business need
- Implement & manage Training Management in order to ensure the program executed as per procedures
- Regularly conduct surveys and measures Service Quality related to learning & development program in order to ensure the program give the best result and added value to the business
- Evaluate training result and analyze the effectiveness of program in order to measure the impact and benefit of training to the business
- Work closely with external training provider in order to ensure the program which will be delivered in line with curriculum and business need
- Monitor six Service Blue prints and measure the result in order to ensure the blue print has implemented properly
- Administer all learning and development document in order to record the data accurately.
Requirements
- 5 years experiences in Learning & Development area
- Experiences in creating and delivering training module
- Outgoing personality, passionate, and fast--learner
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- Possessing a good relationship with training vendor
Responsibilities
- Sell Options & Accessories using database of Contact Center & Warranty database
- Follow up sales thru distributors to ensure the stock availability and target achievement
- Liaise with other related department especially Service Logistics in order to conduct Factory Outlet
- Develop and coordinate marketing campaign regularly to promote Options & Accessories
- Facilitate communication among MSR, Service Operation, Reseller & Distributors
- Develop report covers Sales, Reseller Stock, Activities, Suggestion & Plan
- Maintain Pricing Structure of Options & Super care
Requirements
- Female, minimum Bachelor degree majoring in Marketing or Management
- Minimum 3 years working experience in sales activities or service center in IT / Electronic / consumer electronic
- Speaks Mandarin is an advantage
- Self motivation and initiative, combined with an analytical mind and logical/firm judgment
- Good problem solving skills
- Good communication skills
Responsibilities
- Analyze and handle all issues which related to smartphone technical and quality issues in order to support the technical and quality solution in a proper manner and aligned with the prevailing procedure.
- Handle all special case unit problem which can not be solved by engineer that related to technical, product, and quality issue so as to meet customer expectation.
- Escalate all of the special case unit which related to quality issues to Asia Pacific team so as to achieve the compliance level.
- Provide recommended solution to On Site Service regarding special unit case to be repaired in order to meet the agreed level of SLA & CSI.
- Develop and provide technical training modules as curriculum needed in order to level up engineer and front liner’s skills
- Conduct training for product and technical update to engineer and technical group in order to improve their performance so as to support the achievement of department objective
- Perform random testing on RMA unit before sending to local vendor in order to ensure QC process by engineer accurately
- Review and conduct testing on new product in order to ensure the availability of information (specification & feature ) and general trouble shooting of the new product
- Provide quality report (local and global) to be submitted to Superior for reviewing and decision making process
- Work closely with corporate sales in term of testing on unit, technical support, and unit installation in order to ensure availability of after sales service and brand awareness
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Thamrin area.
- Sound knowledge and experience as Engineer of smartphone product
- Experienced in conducting/delivering training will be advantages
- Detail-oriented, customer service excellence
