Job Description
- Operate and maintain computing and telecommunication services according to ExxonMobil guidelines and Security & Controls practices
- Support the design and implementation of the above services
- Support regional and global project/initiatives
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems, and escalate to regional/global support as needed
- Perform system maintenance
- Administer equipment contracts and service contracts related to computing/ telecommunication services
- Produce performance stewardship reports
- Support and maintain IT assets management for ExxonMobil affiliates in Indonesia and ensure compliance with ExxonMobil computing standards and practices and the business requirements
- Ensure implementation of safety, security and control procedures in the working environment.
Requirements of Candidate
- Bachelor Engineering in Electrical/ Informatics/ Computer/ Physics with minimum GPA 3.25 in 4.0 scale
- Fresh graduates are welcome, but 1-2 years of working experience in related area would be an advantage
- Posses strong and profound knowledge of IT
- Excellent analytical/ numerical skills, creative thinking and result oriented
- Able to work independently and flexible, with strong interpersonal skills

Job Description
- Data Analyst is responsible for the geoscience and engineering data management in the Business Unit or Affiliate, such as:
- Generate utilization reports, load balance across disks.
- Maintain data owner access matrices; conduct access reviews, Review ID and data access requests for completeness. Advise/ guide customers on general data access security issues.
- Create new projects, ensure choke points have correct ownership and permissions, add/delete user work areas.
- Request new databases, administer, monitor growth, ensure data loading standards are being followed. Responsible for mirroring the data in EMSDB/ RECALL to the appropriate application repositories (e.g. OpenWorks, GeoFrame, WellView, OFM).
Requirements of Candidate
- Bachelor degree in Geophysics, Geology, Geodesy, Electrical/ Physics/ Computer Engineering with minimum GPA 3.25 in 4.0 scales.
- Fresh graduate are welcome, but 1-2 years of working experience in related area would be an advantage.
- Functional understanding of Geoscience and Engineering data and applications, Linux/ Unix, Windows and basic scripting is required
