Requirements

• Bachelor, Female/Male max. 40 years old and living in Jakarta
• Fluently in Korean, Indonesia language & English both oral & written
• Min. 3 years experiences in same position or equal
• Experience in online game industry is a plus
• Possess excellent leadership, negotiation and people management skills, and a hands-on attitude towards the business to oversee company’s operation with identified business strategies and objectives
• Lead and ensure the business unit operations are in line with the vision and mission, determine priorities and create a high performance environment to achieve the business plans and goals
• Problem solving and decision making involves evaluation, analysis and benchmarking in order to construct solutions to variable situations
• Able to join immediately
