Responsibilities:
- Scheduling internal and external meetings and appointments, including venue arrangements
- Planning, developing and implementing filing system for General Manager so as to ensure simple access to required documents
- Coordinating and arranging General Manager’s visitors and personal guests
- Conduct external business correspondences and internal memos and announcements
- Screening all incoming letters, papers and documents to device urgency, function, and needs
- Taking care of travel arrangement for General Manager, both domestic and overseas trips
- Taking care of Payroll System

- Age 25-35 years old
- Min. Bachelor Degree on Secretary with min. GPA 3
- 2-3 years experience as secretary and payroll system
- Have great communication and interpersonal skills
- Well organized and highly accurate

- Perform audits according to the program that was created

- Experience min. 3 years in FMCG companies or public accountant
- Having strong analytical, detail oriented and follow up people

Requirements:
- MALE, maximum age 35 years old
- University Degree S-1
- Experience min 3 years in Sales Dept as Sales Supervisor (preferably in FMCG)
- Having experience in Consumer Goods is an advantage
- Having knowledge about local market is a must (local people is preferably)
- Posses insight, leadership skill, commitment in managing sales team in achieving targets
