Production Line Leader (Code : Prod-LL)

• Function : To control quality and productivity on production line

Job Descriptions :

• Maintain process & product quality on production line to meet Q specification
• Set Up line capacity and maintain daily output and production time to meet production plan
• Control machine condition, confirm and follow up to Production Maintenance if any problems
• Perform KAIZEN activity in production line
• To control operator performance to achieve production target
• To check and analyze nonconformity product and minimize inferior
• (Manufacture/ Mechanical/ Electrical)

Manufacturing Engineering Technician (Code : ME-Tech)

• Function : Designing Machinery, Equipment and Part

Job Description :

• Design machinery / equipment / part (Electrical Scope)
• Machine programming ( PLC )
• Prepare part list, part drawing and machinery equipment
• Support trouble shooting on production machine
• Do machine cost down activity
• Control progress, schedule, and budget
• Arrange machinery DR
• (Electrical/Mechanical)

Product Engineering Technician ( PE-Tech )

• Function : As product technical window among production, supplier and customer, handle type testing and maintenance and new product development,

Job Description :

• As technical expert who support sales people on customer relationship
• Handle RIS project include sample to customer
• Do product testing
• Maintain testing equipment
• Support other department towards to the product technical problem
• ( Mechanical/Electrical )

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Hold Diploma degree (D3) from Manufacture / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from reputable university
• GPA min 2.80 ( 4.00 scale )
• Male/ Female with max. Age 25 years old
• Available for Fresh Graduate
• Strong Leadership, honest and high integrity
• Computer literate ( Office, Drawing, Statistical )
• Aggressive & Target Oriented Person.
• Good spoken & written in English

BACHELOR

GA-Utility Supervisor (Code : GA-Spv) – Mechanical / Electrical

• Function: Supervise general utility and facility maintenance duties

Job Descriptions

• Supervise and coordinate supplementation maintenance of company property, e.g. air condition system, sewerage system, mechanical / electrical, etc.
• Plan and supervise generator and other power supply, including external contractor and ensure job are done according to specification in mechanical field
• Supervise and control all repair, preventive maintenance, and equipment replacement of all company facilities to ensure optimum utilization
• Supervise the general cleanliness in door and support cleanliness production area
• Coordinate with GA Admin Supervisor and security coordinator for handling problem solving in Admin responsibility and authority

Production Supervisor (Code:Prod.SPV)

• Function: To control quality and productivity on production dept.

Job Descriptions

• Maintain process & product quality for each line
• Set Up capacity and maintain daily output and production time to achieve production plan
• Control machine condition, confirm and follow up to Production Maintenance if there’s any problems
• To control line leader and operator performance in achieving production target
• As PIC of any improvement project

Product Marketing (PM)

• Function: Get new Business for new theme and sales

Job Descriptions

• Feasibility study for new theme
• Consolidate activity with factory for new theme business
• Joint visit with OCB-AP ( Omron Corporate Business - Asia Pacific ) sales to customers to promote product OMI
• Inform to sales OCB-AP about new product under develop in OMI
• Industrial / Electrical / Mechanical

Product Engineering Supervisor (PE-Spv)

• Function: Supervise, monitor, and motivate all technicians in every aspect of their performance

Job Descriptions

• Provide the guide line and project schedule for better performance include report to the superior as required
• Assure achievement of skill and knowledge through the proper development, training, and motivation to subordinate
• Ensure the testing equipments are good in order all the time to well maintenance for better efficiency and reliability
• Contract review for new product, e.g. answering RIS
• Technical communication to customer / support sales people
• Product testing by customer request
• Identify aspect impact and emergency risk of activities in the department

Management Trainee (MT) - Cikarang
Requirements:

• Hold S1 degree with any major from reputable university
• GPA min 3.00 ( 4.00 scale )
• Male / Female with max. Age 25 years old
• Available for Fresh Graduate
• Strong Leadership, honest , and high integrity
• High motivation to learn
• Good sense of improvement
