Electric Maintenance Team Leader - Cilacap
Scope of Works
- To ensure availability of electric equipment in Limestone Quarry, covering : operation, control of expense, maintenance and usage of electric power
Requirements
- Education: D3 with Electrical Background
- Experience: 4 years experience at electrical system
- Computer literacy
- Language: Good command of written & spoken English
- Other qualification/ skills:
- Be able to read parts book, service manual, electrical data’s
- Has ability to analysed or trouble-shooter problem
- Has ability to used special & diagnostic tools
- Be able to operate computer system for paper work purposes
- Has a leadership sign
Scope of Works
- This position will identify and select market or potential investor in its area, conducted sales pitch and business model presentation, investor assessment, business development adviser and acquire Investor
Requirements
- Education: University degree
- Experience: 2 years experience in similar field, business development or key account
- Has a good presentation, Interpersonal skill and negotiation skill
- Team player person and enjoy teamwork
- Having drive performance & positive attitude
- Good self confidence
- Excellence planning, organizing and controlling capabilities
- Has a general insight in retail and/ or consumer business, especially in channel management
- Having driving license (A/C)
- Willing to stay East Java and Bali

Scope of Works
- As a part of Standard & Management System Department the position is to provide services to the internal clients who implement QEMS and maintaining its sustainability in the respective sites of HIL business operations.
- The Role is to lead and coordinate the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) and Environment Management System (EMS) of respective sites within HIL business operation in achieving the objectives of QMS and EMS effectively.
Requirements
- Education: University degree in Engineering (Chemical, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Environment) or science
- Experience:
- Minimum 1 years in current position,
- Minimum five years working experience in industry, consultancy and engineering company.
- Minimum 3 years experience in managing of relevant QMS or EMS’s activities including: auditing job, system development, coaching etc.
- Computer literacy: Computer literacy ; SAP, Office & Lotus Notes
- Language: English proficiency, oral & written
- Other qualification /skills:
- Good understanding on environment legal and regulation
- HIL Business Process e.g. Cement Mfg Process, Concrete Production Process, AGG Prod Process, Procurement, Logistics Operation etc
- ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 Standard Requirements
