Exit Staff - Personnel Management - Jakarta
Responsibilities
- Handling resigning employee process.
- Handling exit interview.
- Making analysis and report about the resigning/exit employee.
Requirements
- Male or Female, age 21 to 30 years.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from any reputable university with at least IPK 2.75
- Having experiences at the same field minimum for 2 years.
- Good in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc).
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Must have an excellence communication skill and also good looking
Responsibilities
- Creating Job advertisement in Media
- Developing relationship with agents and universities to get potential workers.
- Doing the selection process.

- Make payroll report.

- Manage and promote business relationships with new / existing customers.
- Promote all types of products, especially to credit products - Home Loan Product
- Tracking, maintaining and analyzing customer data.
- Analyze financial statements and manage risks.
- Influencing development of sales and pricing strategies, market penetration and service expansion within assigned accounts.
Requirements
- Male or Female, max. 25 years old.
- Fresh Graduated and Pre Graduated are encouraged to apply
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any degree background with minimum GPA 2.75
- Candidate must be dynamic, energetic and highly motivated.
- Having good communication, presentation and negotiation skills as well as analytical and learning capability.
