Exit Staff - Personnel Management - Jakarta
Responsibilities
  • Handling resigning employee process.
  • Handling exit interview.
  • Making analysis and report about the resigning/exit employee.
Requirements
  • Male or Female, age 21 to 30 years.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from any reputable university with at least IPK 2.75
  • Having experiences at the same field minimum for 2 years.
  • Good in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc).
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Must have an excellence communication skill and also good looking
Recruitment Staff - Jakarta
Responsibilities
  • Creating Job advertisement in Media
  • Developing relationship with agents and universities to get potential workers.
  • Doing the selection process.
Requirements
  • Male or Female, age 21 to 30 years.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from any reputable university with at least IPK 2.75
  • Having experiences at the same field minimum for 2 years.
  • Good in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc).
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Payroll Staff - Jakarta
Responsibilities
  • Handle the employee attendance and employee leave.
  • Handle the overtime calculation and payroll.
  • Make payroll report.
Requirements
  • Male or Female, age 21 to 30 years.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from any reputable university with at least IPK 2.75
  • Having experiences at the same field minimum for 2 years.
  • Good in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc).
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Account Officer Program - KPR - Major Branches all over Indonesia
Responsibilities
  • Manage and promote business relationships with new / existing customers.
  • Promote all types of products, especially to credit products - Home Loan Product
  • Tracking, maintaining and analyzing customer data.
  • Analyze financial statements and manage risks.
  • Influencing development of sales and pricing strategies, market penetration and service expansion within assigned accounts.
Requirements
  • Male or Female, max. 25 years old.
  • Fresh Graduated and Pre Graduated are encouraged to apply
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any degree background with minimum GPA 2.75
  • Candidate must be dynamic, energetic and highly motivated.
  • Having good communication, presentation and negotiation skills as well as analytical and learning capability.
  • Competent in English and computer literate.
