Procurement Officer (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
  • Perform operational activities related to procurement activities include making database vendor management, monitoring of MCC, the master catalog and evaluas pengupdatean vendors to support the smooth procurement activity management
  • Doing improvement associated with the scope of work to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of work
  • Create and analyze reports related to its responsibility to provide information about the activities of procurement management

Responsibilities:
  • Perform sales activities to new or existing customers intensively to achieve sales targets, both new and renewal.
  • Fostering relationships with customers (new & existing) in order to expand and deepen cooperation to expedite business, whether new or renewal
  • Making offers of cooperation that benefit to the local-scale enterprise in the branch to expand the market and achieve the target.
  • Handle accounts receivable which it is responsible for the premium can be paid appropriately.
  • Handle problems that occur in the segments which it is responsible for sales activities continue to run smoothly
  • Handle customer data completeness to make the process of production policy can run smoothly and according to the specified lead time.
  • Perform improvement work related to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of work
  • Dealing with the operational activities of payment ranging from the completeness check payment file until confirmation of payment to the relevant parties to ensure payment is made in accordance with applicable procedures

Data Centre Officer (Placement Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
  • Perform installation and configuration of database servers, and patching as needed to support the activities of the operational data base
  • Maintain the process of backing up & recovery to minimize the possibility of data loss
  • Documenting the configuration of the database and any amendments to facilitate the maintenance and development of the database
  • Perform trouble-shooting & tuning of database and computer system problems that operation can proceed smoothly
  • Doing improvement of data center functions to improve effectiveness and efficiency of data center activity
  • Create a report that is required to provide detailed information about database activity
